*Academy registration applies to players that are Under 7 (2011) through Under 10 (2008) that wish to participate in an Academy soccer league.
*Registration of your Academy player is required to participate in any North Texas State Soccer Association Academy program or tournament.
*Forms must be submitted by 12pm to ensure same day service.
*No refunds will be given once forms have been signed by a CFBSA registrar.
*$30 for one season only.
*$50 for Fall and Spring seasons.
How to register:
To register your Academy Player with CFBSA complete the steps below.
1. Register your player with CFBSA using the GotSoccer Academy Player Registration link to the right. (You may also request your username through the registration link.
2. Complete and sign the Academy Registration Form found in the link to the right.
3. E-mail the completed Academy Registration form and your to email@example.com. If your player has not played before then a copy of his or her birth certificate is required with the Academy Registration form.
4. CFBSA will return your verified form with a Registrar signature and stamp via e-mail.
*You must keep a copy of your returned form for your records. This form is your proof of registration.
