CFBSA Annual General Meeting & Coaches Meeting

Dear CFBSA Coaches and Members:

This is your notice of the CFBSA Annual General Meeting and Coaches meeting. The combined meeting should last about 90 minutes with time after the meeting to visit with CFBSA officials. 
A Head Coach, Assistant Coach or Team Manager must be present in order to obtain and verify your team's official roster. Please make sure that a background checked person from your team attends the meeting! 
*** Note: This meeting is critical to attend! Starting this Fall there will be many changes being discussed you must know about! All U12 and under will have smaller field sizes and fewer players on the field. Also being discussed is the new calendar age coming in the fall as well as new rules of the game regarding heading the ball and much more. Please plan to be there so you will be prepared! 
Members please come out and participate with CFBSA! First part of the meeting will be our annual AGM where we update all members about finances, answer FAQ's and conduct our yearly election for board members and league directors. 
This year four Executive Board positions are to be voted on. They are President, VP Small Sided, VP Publicity & Marketing and Treasurer.  All incumbents are running again. Please remember that any interested member can be nominated from the floor. All League Director positions are subject to be voted on and this is where we need some help from our members. We currently have some League Directors doing multiple jobs.  If you are interested in helping, the League Director position is the best way to start out at CFBSA! 
This is your CFBSA and we welcome all Members to come out and find out how we are doing and decide if you would like to help.
